Originally from a family with a garment background, the brand's founder and creative director Sun Lam seeks to work with something unexpected and fun, with the intention of bringing these elements into the traditional clothing industry. In 2013, Sun Lam graduated with a degree in fashion technology from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Lam has won the Encouragement Prize of the 3rd International Ubiquitous Digital Fashion Design Contest from The Korean Society for Clothing Industry.
